The teams that win consistently rarely have the best vocabulary for what they do. They simply do it.
Culture shows up in the small, unglamorous decisions: who gets corrected in private, who gets credited in public, what happens after a loss when nobody is watching.
In creative industries the parallel is exact. A studio with talent and no trust makes expensive noise. A studio with trust and modest resources makes work that lasts.
The playbook is the same everywhere: clarity, accountability, and a willingness to protect people over optics.
